My husband took a year of computer science in college. He got to build a computer. He said building a desktop is actually very easy to do. He said that anyone with the right kind of instructions can do it and even learn to build a fancy one like the ones with the neon in them and such. There are even pc kits out now that show you how to do it. They come with parts and tools and detailed instructions in English. I have been sitting here wondering if I should bother trying to garage sale today.  Its gray and cloudy and on the news last night they said it was supposed to be rainy all day long.  But I have still found books on days like that.  I know bear will get upset if I mention going since we don’t get a lot of time off together.   I did pick up 15 books for my inventory yesterday.

Sometimes I look at the price of gas and how people are traveling less and less and I wonder if I will ever be able to do any traveling. I would love very much to travel someday. I am sure that we will find a way to get around the price of gas. We continue to improve out technology. Who knows maybe I will be traveling in a cleaner world when and if the day ever comes. Who knows if my kids will even be able to travel.

Oregon is a place I would love to see among many others. I’m attracted to natural and historic sites more than places with things for me to do. I would look into Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals. It could still happen I guess. I could still happen I guess. None of us know what the future may hold for us after all.

Boy it would be nice to be able to get some work done this morning.

Amazon seems to have ironed out yesterdays glitches.  I’ve sold some books.   Two of them.  I have had to refund the money in my account through to pay for two books that listed twice when I listed them.   I actually sold some movies and dvd’s this last time around.  I am going to change the kind of wrap I use as well.  I’ve been using bubble wrap which to tell you the truth is expensive when your profit on a book might be less than 50 cents.  It usually takes 16 cents worth of bubble wrap to wrap it.   I found this foam sheeting stuff I think I may use instead.  I can get 100 yards more of it than I can get for paying the same price of bubble wrap.

I have an uncle who was in a terrible car accident when he was in his early twenties. He suffered terrible brain damage. when they performed surgery on him part of his brain was nothing but pulp and had to be removed. This area later filled with liquid and this put pressure on sensitive parts of his brain leading to permanent damage. For the first few years he had to live in a nursing home. We had to keep moving him from place to place again and again. Neglect was a big problem. One nursing home actually kept him sedated unless they new we or any other members of the family were coming to see him. When he was finally put into a mental health care facility he couldn’t walk because the muscles in his legs had gotten so weak.

I have read that nursing home neglect is most often found in nursing homes that are ran for profit. These nursing homes are often understaffed with under trained and only interested in making the most money possible off of there nursing homes. Now I understand people go into business to make money, but no one should put the health of others elderly mothers and fathers and brother and sisters to do that.

I wonder if Joan ever went to drug rehab. She was really really very far gone the last time we saw her. I could see her tail bone sticking out through her bluejeans. The fact that she stole and took 6 muscle relaxers along with half a “gallon” of vodka the last time she was here says a whole lot about the kind of condition she is. She is going to end up dying if she doesn’t get help soon. But then maybe thats her goal.

I’m watching that Charlie Mansion interview.  What a wacko!!!!  He keeps talking in circles.   There is a woman on here talking about him and saying that he really isn’t crazy at all.  My favorite part is where he tells the woman interviewing him that she is about 10 pounds overweight.  The woman analyzing his personality says that he said that only to hurt her because thats about one of the worst things you can say to a woman in television.

I get a little bit older every single day. Every day I look in the mirror and see the effects of gravity. My skin is not as elastic as it used to be and I see small signs of wrinkles. My double chin is more pronounced than it used to be to and in my opinion destroys the shape of my face. I hate it. I think I look terrible but there really is nothing that I can do about it. I miss feeling beautiful and sexy. I guess its better than never feeling that way at all.

M Medical Spa is a medical facility that serves the community of Atlanta. We don’t have a place like that here in Arkansas. I wish we did but we don’t. You will find the spa Buckhead Georgia. Even if we had such a place in Arkansas I probably wouldn’t be able to afford to go.  From what I have read though even though this is a Medical Spa it doesn’t involved plastic surgery.  The procedures are all non surgery oriented.   I will have to look that up and see what methods they are using.

I’m having my domain names coming up due these days and even though I feel the need to add more of them I am kind of nervous about doing so because of the way it drives my hosting costs up.   What if it occurs during a period when money is tight like it did this month.  It would be very difficult to pay for a 40 or 50 dollar hosting bill.  There are a few months coming up in which I bought 2 domain names and those months are going to be 40 dollar months.  I am hesitant to add more blogs for this reason and free blogs are just not worth what they used to be.  Maybe I need to create a simple generic domain name and create subdomains off of that one.  I think that might be a more economical option.

Our Arkansas governor is trying to kick all of the companies that offer Pay Day Loans out of the state. They have been told they can’t collect on the loans they already have out. I think this has got to be one of the dumbest ideas I have ever heard. I do believe there lending practices need to follow stricter guidelines but to forbid them to operate in the state is just stupid. The reason for this is the people that take out these kinds of loans can just go online and get them from companies like PayDayLoansMania.com which offer nation wide services.

I am not criticizing these companies in the least. They do provide a necessary service. People with no credit or credit cards need a place where they can borrow money in times of emergency.
